The restaurant is located at the end of the first basement floor of a building, about a 5-minute walk from Aoba-dori Ichibancho Station on the Tozai Subway Line.It has been a hot topic since opening in March 2022, but on this day I was there with seniors who love sushi. This is my first visit.The owner, who is originally from Ishinomaki City, seems to be purchasing the best toppings at the time, mainly from local Miyagi ingredients.The knobs and nigiri both seem to be of a high quality.The sari is made with mild red vinegar and is easy to eat. We are particular about changing the temperature of the shari according to the season.At Tumami, we have wild sea eel and grilled Shirako.At Nigiri, we are impressed by the sole, salmon roe bowl, and conger eel.The chef is very passionate about research.I'm sure he will continue to evolve.Not only is the perfection of the cuisine, but also the customer service. I'm looking forward to seeing it become even more sophisticated. It seems like it's already becoming popular with locals, but more than anything, I want it to become a store that I can confidently introduce to people who come from far away to visit Sendai.
