I visited you at lunch. There is incense in front of the door in the calm underground store. When you enter, you will see a large L-shaped counter. Since we make reservations on a case-by-case basis, the first thing we do is order drinks, and when we tell them what sake and preference we have, they choose a drink that goes well with them. The snacks and Sushi are delicious, but there are a lot of new experiences like eating strained red bean liver and abalone liver mixed with sushi rice! What I particularly liked was the dish where grilled milt was placed on a sushi rice bowl, topped with plenty of shaved karasumi, and mixed well. It was so delicious I was trembling. I want to stop by again when I go to Sendai.
