平日16:30ぐらいにお伺いしました。
仙台在住の知人がおすすめという、こちらのお店にお伺いしました。
超人気店のようです。
色々頂きましたが、
お通しから始まって、お料理一つ一つがとても丁寧に調理してあり、居酒屋だけれども懐石料理を頂いているような、そんな満足感が全てにありました。
印象的だったのが
⚪︎刺身盛り:3人でお伺いしましたが、一人分づつ盛って頂きました。
⚪︎とろ鰯炭火塩焼き:脂が乗っていて美味しい！食べた後の骨を揚げて頂けました。
⚪︎鯖鮨:海苔と炭火で焼いた鯖を一つ一つ炙っていただけました。
日本酒もペアリングしていただいて大満足の食事会でした。ホスピタリティも素晴らしく東京にあれば絶対に通いたい居酒屋かも。
