ヨドバシの6階にあります。
時間帯も早いのでそれ程お客さんはいない印象。
しゃぶしゃぶと焼肉の両方頼めるけど、我々はしゃぶしゃぶオンリーで。
以下を注文。
・牛たん&仙台牛ロース しゃぶしゃぶ盛合わせ 2～3人前 5,000円
・濃厚ウニ卵黄だれで食べる仙台牛霜降りしゃぶしゃぶ(霜降り肉3枚) 3,500円
・仙台牛希少部位2種 しゃぶしゃぶ盛合わせ 2～3人前 2,800円
しゃぶしゃぶの出汁は国産和牛のテールを使用していて、これが結構いける。
割と霜降りが多い肉を選んだけど、しゃぶしゃぶにすればあっさり食べられる。
ただ、付けダレのポン酢とゴマダレは、もうちょっと頑張ってほしい印象。
ウニ卵黄だれはおいしかったので、終始それで食べました。
肉は確かに美味しいけど、コスパはイマイチかなぁ。
