The two chefs create authentic Japanese Japanese-style meal using plenty of seasonal ingredients from Tohoku. With the 5 to 7 types of "Shunsai Mori" served as daily appetizers, you can fully enjoy the flavors unique to the season. In addition, we also recommend the fresh ``assorted sashimi'' mainly sourced from Miyagi Prefecture.
