名掛丁店と一番町店は数え切れないほど行っていますが、こちらは２度目。
まずは生ビールで喉を潤します。
旨い！
お通しはつぶ煮。
これも悪くないです。
最初に、本鮪赤身、カツオ、いわしを２貫ずつ食べてDHAを補給（笑）
そのあとは、真イカとコチ→こはだ→シャコ→スズキ→鯨うねす→穴子・塩→ツナサラダ。
近海物なので美味いね〜。
今回はコチ、シャコ、スズキが、特に美味しかったですね。

令和３年最初の外食は鮨勘。
家人がエスパルの初売りに行っている間にこちらで飲みます（笑）
11 時半くらいなので他に客はいません。
密を避けれました。
まずは生ビール！
アサヒのスーパードライです。
食べたのは、本鮪赤身、大分県産クエ、宮城県産赤貝、鹿児島県産寒ぶり、鯨うねす、自家製煮穴子・塩、岩手県産近海やりいか、やりいかゲソ炙り、小肌、〆さば、真あじ、ほっきひも握り。
クエが旨いね〜。
日本酒は綿屋の寿礼春を飲んでちょっといい気持ちです。
