15th anniversary event underway!
Thanks to the support of the local community, Sakuratei Miyachiyo branch has celebrated its 15th anniversary. We are holding a big thanksgiving festival until August 10th, where you can order popular |
May 7th Today's soliloquy The thatch has started to bloom. The fresh greenery stands out even more and the weather continues to be pleasantly sunny. Satsuki is excited before Tohoku's long rainy season, which will arrive in a month. What is it? Are you trying to become a poet? It doesn't look good on me, me... (blinking) In the evening, I received an invitation from a friend saying, "Would you like to have a drink?" and I was even more excited♪ The temperature had risen and I was thirsty, so it was perfect timing. ! The place I headed to was Hagino-cho <Sakura-tei>. It's 2km from my home (Yamato Town), which is a delicate distance for me to drive home after getting drunk. The location is 1.5 km west of the 6-chome intersection on the Route 4 bypass, just after turning right on Hagi Odori Street in Miyagi. It's on the north side, across from Takoyaki Kaze-no-ko, which stands out at night. Entered the store at 7:10pm. Inside the store, there was a counter on the right and a small rise on the left. There are two tatami rooms in the back, separated by sliding doors, and depending on the number of people, it seems possible to hold a banquet for around 20 people. I heard loud laughter coming from the parlor, so I didn't need any guidance. Three of my baseball friends from when I belonged to a baseball team called Sunday League are my drinking friends tonight. When I sat down, I was told that I had already ordered an all-you-can-drink course meal. Cheers with beer♪ I've been here about 5 times in the past, and it's a popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the area where you can enjoy mainly fish and shellfish, high-quality products, and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. . First of all, a 4 piece platter of sashimi arrived. Courses are served separately for each person. The white meat on the left is the sea bass, which is getting sweeter, and is good to eat with lemon juice. The top is probably a silver jacket, and on the right is the amberjack, which is light at this time of year. The lineup is as if to say hello to Japanese sake♪ The next item that arrived was Mozuku Vinegar and Changja. And a tomato called ``Yume Balloon'' that surprised me with its deliciousness. This tomato has a particularly strong sweet taste among the delicious tomatoes that have been on the market in recent years. This is delicious! ! ! I want to eat more! The master's hometown is Tsukidate, Kurihara City, and the production area is Ichisako-cho, the neighboring town. In fact, I was so fascinated by this tomato that I decided to visit again the next day. As we started drinking as much hot sake, shochu, and beer as we liked, the wild vegetable Tempura arrived. There are three types of wild vegetables that are standard for tempura: cod sprouts, kogomi, and koshiabura Tempura. The stewed beef tendon arrived here. However...I forgot to take a photo and ended up eating it (sorry). The last dish was the grilled mackerel. Judging from the fat in the belly, it might have been a dish that I would have liked to have as is without grilling it... I was once again impressed with the restaurant's generous provision of high-quality ingredients. There is an affiliated store called Snack Hanamizuki in the same town, and many customers come here to eat, drink, move around, and sing! (Accounting is separate) A courtesy car will be provided for transportation. If you can request a shuttle to your home at both restaurants, you can safely say that it is the most conscientious restaurant ♪ It was delicious ~ Thank you for the meal ♪ May 8th Today's monologue Continuation of the previous night In the evening, we ended up going to Hanamizuki ♪ Karaoke ♪ After that, we stopped somewhere and came home again at 3 o'clock? Beer ⇒ Sake ⇒ Shochu ⇒ Beer ⇒ Sake Take it easy! I was at work in the morning with the worst hangover of the year. By the evening, I had recovered and felt thirsty, and remembered the tomato "dream balloon" from the night before. I want to feed it to my family too. So, we ended up visiting every night. I entered the store at 7pm, sat down at the counter, and said, ``Two draft beers!'' My appetizer arrived. Dried daikon radish, surf clam and king king marinated, stir-fried gizzard and pork tongue. Tonight's order was the same as the night before: wild vegetable Tempura, fried whale tatsuta, firefly squid sashimi, Bakurai. If you forget this, it will be meaningless "Yume Balloon", and lastly, Grilled skewer Onigiri (soy sauce) Firefly squid and Bakurai to drink again. You're full of energy! ? ! Tonight was the first time I talked to the master at the counter♪ We had a lively conversation at Tsukidate Miyoshi Cafeterias. "I used to go four times a week! It's great for hangovers!" I heard that cold Chinese food is also delicious! Well, next time I'll try cold Chinese food too♪ I'll have the firefly squid sashimi with wasabi soy sauce. I like the sweetness and bitterness, and I think Inukonichi is going well. I ended up going for the sake (lol). Bakurai (salted sea cucumber liver and sea squirt) is a bit like rouibe. Yeah, I can't resist it! Uric acid level? Once you start eating it, it doesn't matter anymore! So, 4 dream balloons on a plate? My wife also knows a lot about Kokubuncho and seems to eat a lot of delicious food, but she says, ``It's sweet! It's delicious!'' Ah, that's good~♪ The Grilled skewer Onigiri with the aroma of soy sauce are also delicious! The edges are evenly grilled and crispy. I'm happy to have had delicious food in my stomach every night. Thank you for the meal. I'll come again soon♪
