本日の食べ歩きは仙台市の「居酒屋ごいち」にて牛タン等を頂きます。
仕事を終え急遽新幹線にて仙台市へ移動して1泊2日の旅行となりました。
かなり遅い晩御飯を頂く事で予約していた此方の居酒屋さんを訪問しました。
入店し小上がり席に着座して鶏の唐揚げ、厚切り牛タン炭火焼き等を注文です。
料理の提供前に生ビールで乾杯し15分程で鶏の唐揚げから先に提供ですよ。
早速シェアして頂きます。
・鶏の唐揚げ680円(税込)
お腹が減っていたので最初にボリュームが有る鶏の唐揚げをチョイスしました。
香ばしい色味の唐揚げは軟らかい口当たりが良くジューシーで美味しいですね。
・アサリの酒蒸し900円(税込)
酒の宛には調度良いアサリの酒蒸しはアサリ、三つ葉、ネギの具材内容ですよ。
砂抜きが出来ていて口当たりが良いですが少々塩味が濃くショッパク感じます。
・定義の三角揚げ炙り500円(税込)
ご当地料理の定義の三角揚げは厚みが有る油揚げで美味しそうなビジュアルです。
外はサクサクで中身はふっくらと軟らかく大豆の風味が心地良く美味しいですね。
・厚切り牛タン炭火焼き1,800円(税込)
仙台市に訪問した際には勿論注文からは外されない厚切り牛タンを頂きますよ！
肉の厚みは普通でしたが脂の乗りが良く甘味が有り歯応えも良く美味しいです。
・ちくわ磯辺揚げ480円(税込)
〆は彼女の大好物ちくわの磯辺揚げを食しましたがカラッと揚がっていて旨い！
ご馳走様でした。
ご当地料理の定義の三角揚げ炙りと厚切り牛タン炭火焼き等と美味しかったです。
遅い晩御飯となりましたが座敷席で寛いで美味しい仙台名物料理を頂けましたね。
