卸町界隈で人気の魚貝推しの食堂。お惣菜や加工品を販売する店舗も併設されてます。駐車場の空き待ちで30分程度、周辺をグルグル徘徊して、やっとの想いでお初訪店です。
刺身と焼魚のセットを食べるつもりでしたが、先客につられてミックスフライ定食をオーダーしました。コレがせいかいでした。
暫し待って着膳。まずは鯵フライのサイズにビックリ。食べてとばかりに盛り付けられたカニクリから頬張ると、熱々のトロトロ。蟹の身の味が際立ってて美味かった。もう一つ位いきたい感じ。メインの鯵フライは揚げ加減が絶妙でサクフワの食感。青魚特有の旨みが口腔内に広がり、鮮度の良さが実感出来ます。ごはんの炊き加減もよく、先客に感謝です。
生ものメニューは、次回愉しみます。
