岩手産の大きな生牡蠣が300円。
その場で剥いてもらって食べられます。
レモンかポン酢と言われましたが、美味しい生牡蠣なら海水の塩分でそのまま食べるのが1番好みです。
今回も何もつけずにそのまま頂きました。
新鮮な生牡蠣は濃厚な旨味が。
癖は全くありません。
牡蠣の癖が嫌で食べない方は新鮮な美味しい牡蠣を食べたらビックリすると思います。
