本店で食べた感動を駅近でももう一度と思いやってきました。
まずはネギトロ軍艦、牡蠣軍艦を注文。
回らないレーンに今日のメニューが置いてあるんだけど、店員さんが寿司ののった皿で強引にどかしてレーンに置く。
「はいよ、ネギトロと牡蠣軍艦！」
はいよ！じゃないよ…
その後もガサツな提供だったのでサービス評価は低くしました。(高圧的とかでありません、単純にガサツなだけです)
出鼻をくじかれましたが、ノリがパリっとしてていい。
牡蠣も大振りで美味しかった。
サーモンも大振りで肉厚で美味しかったし、やっぱり上まぐろは旨みが強くて格別に美味い。
アナゴは卓上の塩と煮切りを好みで味付け出来るのも良いですね。
ふわっとしていながらもしっとりしてる感じがいい。
赤貝はも美味しかったけど、ちょっと小振りだったのが残念。
さて、これでご馳走様！と思ったらアナウンスで、数量限定で特上ネギトロ軍艦が大盛りでサービス！と言うので注文。
溢れいくらみたいな感じで来るのかと思ったら、意外と普通でした。
いやぁ、お腹いっぱいになりました。
