４月１日 今日の独り言
「洗濯機が動かな～い 壊れちゃったのかな～？」と３日前の家内。
家電品が買い替え時期にストライキを起こすのはよくあることで様子見をしていたが、モーターが回る音がしなければ・・ 終わり。
溜まった洗濯物を持って、宮城の萩大通りにあるコインランドリーへ向かった。
使い慣れない業務用洗濯機に戸惑うと思っていたら、意外にも意外・・ 指示された順序どおりに進めると機械音痴のオレにも対処することが出来た。
「仕上がりまで３０分」 ？ え～、退屈じゃんかよ 禁煙だし・・ (・_;)
外に出て缶コーヒー片手に一服していると、隣りの＜寧々家＞さんに営業中の看板が出ていた。
あれ、寧々家って居酒屋じゃねぇの？ ランチがあるとか？
１３時。
興味が湧いて店に入ると「いらっしゃいませ～ 何名様ですか？」：「御一名様だよ！ 食事だけって出来るの？」：「はい ご用意しております どうぞ、こちらへ・・」
わ～わ～賑やかな宴席から離れた個室に案内され、メニュー表に目を通す・・
あややや～ どれもが高い (@_@) でも、美味しければいい話ではある。
「ざるそばと天婦羅・小丼（税込１６０９円）」に決めて暫し待つことに♪
こちらはだいぶ以前に数家族で食事会を催し、そのまま２階のカラオケボックスへ移動したことがある。
居酒屋にしてはちょっと高めの価格設定で安酒に似合うメニューが少なく、寧ろ女性向きな懐石を得意にしているように思えた。
カップルやファミリー、女子会向けみたいな・・ね！
１０分かからずに配膳。 見た目が豪華♪
先ずは「ざるそば」から
ホシが見える薄茶色の蕎麦は1.5㎜強の細打ち挽ぐるみだ。
茹で加減で硬めを演出するも、腰の強さは感じられない。
つゆはかえしが甘め、鰹節主体のダシもイマイチ効かず・・ （3.1）
この価格では些か悲しい「ざるそば」である。
選んだ小丼は「ネギトロ丼」
鮪は正体不明も、余計な油が雑ざった気配もなく・・ まずまず。
ご飯の炊き加減がいいね！ 山葵多めを醤油に融かし、丼に掛け回していただいた。（3.2）
「天婦羅」
得意とする（？）懐石としては通用しないレベルの揚げ方。
タネは海老・シシトウ・蓮根・茄子・カボチャ
海老は冷凍の車海老だろうが風味が弱く、半生バナメイのように柔らかい。
逆に茄子は揚げすぎて、芋？と勘違いするほど。 （2.8）
美味しかったのは、甘味を抑えた茶碗蒸しの卵。（3.2）
但し、具が板蒲１片・三つ葉・擦った帆立の身じゃ淋しい。
小鉢の煮物は、ひじき・乾燥大豆・青菜は菜の花？
これが一番美味しかったりして（笑） 白いご飯が欲しい♪
総じて・・ 値段に合った膳とは言い難い。
豪華には見えても、いいとこ野口英世さんまでじゃないかな～ (^^ゞ
