ランチセット3,300円の「月コース」に追加して、レアステーキ(1,470円)、ハラミスジ(1,100円)、モツ(1,480円くらいだっけ？)を頼みました。
セットの中に前沢牛のカイノミが入っていて、軽く焼いて食べると口の中で溶けました✨
そして、楽しみにしていた名物のネギ牛タン。
たっぷりの小ネギが牛タンに包まれていて、トトロの木の実の小包のよう
レアステーキは、卵黄にからめて食べると、言うまでもなく最高です✨✨
モツも全く臭みがありませんでした
また何かの機会に再訪させて頂きたいです♪
