友人が魚が食べたいというのでこちらに。
泉中央が混んでいても、
こちらはちょっと離れている事と
大通りから一本裏になるので落ち着いて食事ができます。
刺身盛り合わせやほうれん草サラダ、生牡蠣、定義山の油揚げなど。
食材も味つけもある一定レベルに達しているので安心です。
例えば油揚げですが、やる気のないお店だと
さっと温めた程度で出てくるのですが
こちらはもう一度軽く揚げるのでしょうか、
端がサクッとしていて美味しいです。
今回は注文しませんでしたが、
肉類（鶏・豚）のメニューもあり、
揚げ物焼き物もそこそこあります。
お酒のラインナップもまずまず。
が、玄人好みの日本酒が所望の友人だったので、少し選択肢が寂しかったかな。
今は焼酎ばかりで日本酒に力を入れている店が少なくなりました。
テーブル席がメインですが、完全に区切られた個室や
小宴会が出来そうな小上がりもあり、
利用しやすい配置です。
おしゃれなインテリアなんですが、
ランチのお客さんに対してのサービスなのか
料理系のマンガ本が置いてあるのが場違い。
夜とランチで雰囲気が違うのかもしれません。
あとはこれが絶品！というウリがあれば
もう少し思い出す頻度もあがりそう。
