泉区に新しく出来た豚骨男さんにお邪魔ムシしました〜♪家系ラーメンのお店です。
特製豚骨醤油ラーメンと辛ネギチャーシューメンをオーダーしました〜
お好みカスタマイズは安定の麺硬め、味薄め、油は極力少なくしてもらいました〜‼︎
辛ネギチャーシューはネギが冷たいので、スープがぬるいと感じました。麺は太めでしたがモチモチとかみごたえがあります。
ちょっとスープが少ないのでもうすこし多いと嬉しいです♪やっぱり味を薄くしてもらってもしょっぱいので、それだけが残念です(´; ω ;｀)
接客はとても良かったです。
