久々の外食 土曜日昼12:30頃到着で、8組待ちとの事。
順番待ちで発券される紙にあるQRコードにてLINE登録すると、順番が近づくとLINEに連絡が来るシステム 店内だけでなく、車などでも待てるので◎
待ち時間45分で呼ばれました。
4人掛けテーブル席は少し狭い印象 通路側には暖簾が掛かっていて半個室の様 タッチパネルにて注文したお寿司が、テーブル中央まで流れてくるのが「ゆとろぎ」の特徴。
まぐろ三昧や海老四種、光り物やイカや貝に邪道寿司の牛タンなどなど… 鮨勘らしくどれも間違いのない新鮮なネタで美味しいお寿司でした！ 1番好きなのは鮨勘鯖棒寿司。 脂の乗った真鯖がとても美味しかったです！
…が、ネタに「ゆとろぎ」だから…という違いを感じる事は無かったです。(私的には普通の鮨勘さんで十分)
週末のお昼のピーク時間とはいえ、お寿司の提供に時間がかかり過ぎかと。 注文後30分経っても届かなかった物もありました。
店員さんの接客やサービスは◎ この辺りが「ゆとろぎ」なのかな？ とても気持ち良く食事する事が出来ました！
