そういえば今年は生シラス食べてなかったなと思って閖上が本拠地のこちらにお邪魔しました。
生と釜揚げの両方入った2色丼、1650円。どちらか一色のは1100円だったかな?
生シラス、希少性は分かるし食べたくなるのだけど、実際食べたら熱を入れた方が甘みがでるので美味しいのだよね。生はどうしても苦味が出てしまうしね、まーそこが美味しいのだけど。
なので生シラスは釜揚げと合い盛りにして一緒に食べるのが好きですね。
こちらの釜揚げはそんなに塩を入れてないっぽくて少し醤油を垂らしてちょうど良いくらいかな、一緒にほおばると生の方のほろ苦さの後に、釜揚げの甘みがきてなんとも美味い。
あとこちらは白米と酢飯をお好みで選べるのも良いですね、私は白米派。
ご飯も美味しいし、あら汁はこの日は小さいワタリガニ。
シラスの量、これだけたっぷりなら1650円でもまー納得かな。
お店は平日の昼だけど場所柄か、リタイヤ組の昼食会会場みたいになっててすこぶる回転が悪いんですが、注文してからの提供は普通に早かった。
最近同じ並びにあら浜も進出してきたので、次ははらこ飯食べ比べに来てみようかな。
