仙台近郊でちゃんとした「ほっきめし」を食べたいなと思ってサーチして伺いました。
綺麗で広い店内ですが、人気店らしくほぼ満席。
オーダーは目的通りのほっきめし。
北寄貝の炊き込みご飯で宮城県内の沿岸県南の名物。
漁師めしとしては全てそのまま炊き込むのですが、割烹的な料理の作り方としては足の部分を軽く火を通して最後に合わせます。(足の部分は縮みやすく硬くなりがちだし、別の方が映える)
こちらは後者のスタイル。もう少し醤油は少なめに炊いてもらえた方が個人的には好みだなと思うけど、このしっかりとした味わいが東北らしいですね。刻んだえんどうが彩りを添えます。
他のメニューも海鮮として質の高さを感じる雰囲気で夜に訪れてみたいなーと素直に思えるお店でした。ご馳走様でした!
