復活のチョイ飲み。今週は長町駅前、旧国道286号線と4号線の交差点のビル1階にあるしずる（sizzle）です。家から徒歩では結構な距離なので、伊達バイク（コミュニティバイクアシスト付き）を借りて30分程、開店時間の午後５時に到着しました。要予約です。

〇お通し（焼きナス、鶏モモ肉、インゲン、プチトマト、擦ったトロロ芋）
〇ハラミステーキフライドポテト付
〇刺身の盛り合せ（鰹のたたき、銀鮭、鰆、太刀魚、ミンククジラ）
〇トウモロコシの唐揚げ
〇チョレギサラダ
他店と異なってここの刺身の盛り合せは、一列に並べて盛り付けてありました。舌で、目で楽しめる逸品です。それと、ハラミステーキも、トウモロコシもボリュームあり過ぎです。申し訳なかったのですが、肉2切れ残してしまいました。食品ロスは罪です。

グラス（90ml）で飲めます。私と相方には有難いサービスです。相方は未だセブンを飲んでいませんでしたので、たまたま飲めてラッキーでした。ビール、焼酎、サワーの飲み放題あり、選べる酒のラインアップです。
「しずる」という仙台の方言があり、「～をからかう」を意味します。最近はあまり使いませんが、ここの名前、この方言を意識して名付けてのでしょうか？名前も料理も地産地消で素晴らしいお店でした。ご馳走様でした。またお邪魔します。
