Founded in Heisei 63. We offer Creative Cuisine that make use of local ingredients with a sense of seasonality. The owners are Mr./Ms. Nobuko Anzai and her sister Keiko Mr./Ms.. Previously, under the name "Edomae Sushi Ansai", he ran a Sushi restaurant. After that, in order to provide old-fashioned country cuisine, the name of the restaurant was changed to "Zeigoya Fufu Shokusai Kobo Ansai" in Heisei 16.
