この日は宮城県に出張。古川駅前のホテルに宿泊。夜は得意先の方との会食があり、こちらのお店を指定された。古川近辺ではピカイチの居酒屋らしい。
雪がチラついていた事もあり、商談が終わってから早々に待ち合わせ。6時くらいから飲み始める。天気が天気だけにお客さんはほとんどいない。正確には誰もいない。若干心配になる。
こちらのお店はまずお通しがボリュミー。4種の前菜が楽しめる。特に地場のものを意識した感じではなく、そうなるとこの量はいらない。
お刺身の盛り合わせでこちらのお店の真価が発揮される。新鮮な刺身はとにかくプリプリで美味しい。赤貝は特に美味しい。あと中トロは文句なし。
天ぷらは二種。鱈の白子と牡蠣。少し衣が多いため最後はもたれる。
のどぐろの塩焼きは絶妙。美味しいに決まってる味。シンプルにそのまま食べると素材の美味しさがよく分かる。大満足なひと皿。
全体的には合格点の味だけど、仕事以外では特に来たいと思うほどではないかもしれない。でも近くに「これは」ってお店もなく、次も１人でも来るかもしれない。
