お蕎麦食べたい、お昼はお蕎麦にしよう
というわけでこちら京ヶ崎さんに超久々に訪問
11時開店前から車内待ちが数台
相変わらずの人気店さんです
京ヶ崎せいろそば ¥900
(油揚げ、揚げ玉、大根おろし、ネギ、わさび)
天ざるそば ¥1200
を注文
美味しいそば茶をすすりながら
あまり待ち時間なく提供となりました
お蕎麦は白く細め、弾力あり
温かい汁につけてずるずるといただきます
盛りはあっさり、腹ペコなら大盛いけそう
麺は切れちゃって短めのも混ざってましたが、最後かき集めていただきました、美味しいもん
つけ汁はやや濃いめ(しょっぱめ)で、少しだけ蕎麦湯で調整しましたが、お揚げ揚げ玉の油とおろしのさっぱり感のバランスがよく最後蕎麦湯を注ぎ込み完飲
天ぷらはエビ１尾、レンコン、カボチャ
エビ大きくて美味しかったと満足してました
辺りは鴨南蛮、カレー南蛮優勢
