I rarely have a chance to drink in Furukawa, which is halfway close but far away. This time, a customer who has been kind to me introduced me to this place saying, "There's a delicious restaurant here," and I was surprised. It was of such high quality. It's about a 10-minute walk from Furukawa Station, so I thought it would be worth going a little further from Sendai and taking the 22:47 Shinkansen back. At the time of writing this post, the restaurant has a rating of 3.08 on Tabelog, but I can't believe it. I have visited more than 90% of the restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide Miyagi edition, and the taste of this restaurant is definitely top class in my opinion. There are some complaints other than the taste, but that's out of the question here. I've already given up after the "5 kinds of appetizers" shown in the photo. It looks like just ordinary side dishes, but in fact the master's skill has been added to everything. The sauce on the grilled turban on the top left is outstanding. The sashimi on the bottom left is not just sashimi, but a wonderful marinade. As for the soup on the bottom right... I recommend you to try it once, because the lack of vocabulary in food reviews is infuriating. It is rare to be shocked by the appetizer at a restaurant and then be disappointed with the rest of the menu, and that was exactly the case here. I will refrain from talking about the taste, as it would ruin the image. However, I felt that the chef here is skilled and I think many drinkers will support him. When the food is this delicious, of course the alcohol keeps flowing and I even forgot to take pictures halfway through. I stayed at a hotel in front of Furukawa Station that day, and considering the chauffeur service, I can say with confidence that you won't regret staying at this restaurant. Wow, it was a really delicious meal.
