気仙沼唐桑半島の和風レストラン＆居酒屋です。 |
初の気仙沼出張は仙台を朝に出発して，着く頃にはすっかり空腹。
出張先に最も近い店を探した結果，この店で昼食を食べることになった。
高台に位置しているので，天気が良ければ綺麗な海岸を見れるのであろうが，あいにくの曇り空。
味噌ラーメン推しであることを，これでもかと主張している入り口から入店。
私は黒こしょうが入っている黒味噌ラーメンを注文。
通常のラーメン丼の2〜３倍サイズの器で提供されて，思わず笑ってしまった。
少し油っぽいが，給食のをグレードアップしたような懐かしい味がする味噌ラーメン（褒め言葉）
同行していただいた上司は唐揚げラーメンを注文。
別皿で提供されるのかと思っていたのだが，ラーメンの中に唐揚げが入っていて，
唐揚げのアイデンティティが失われるのでは…？と思った。
ラーメンの器は非常に大きいが麺の量は普通だった。
スープを飲み干すのは塩分の摂り過ぎになるので，（そもそも常人が飲み干せるか不明）
適正な量を提供した方がいいと思う。
