気仙沼・田中にある丼専門店。
地元の方のオススメの店と言うことで車で訪問。
店内は座敷とカウンターとテーブル席。
年季の入った街の定食屋という風情。
観光客はおらずおそらく地元住人か復興関連者がほとんど。
こういう店が美味しいんですよね。
席ついてメニュー見て驚いたのがその数。
こんな小さなお店でここまでのメニュー数あるの、
最近では記憶にないです。
かつ丼だけでどんだけあるんだよ、
ってくらい種類があってめちゃくちゃ迷う。
こういう時は一番人気頼むのが無難と言うことで
ソースかつ丼850円を注文。
数分で到着。
そして横には謎の注射器が。なにこれと思ってると
マヨとマスタードなんで押し込んでかけてください、
との事です。注射器でぶっかけるなんて斬新…
で一口。
おぉ、美味い！
ソースは普通のウスターではなくかなり甘めの仕様。
衣も香ばしくさくさく。肉はジューシー。
けどもうちょい脂身少なめのほうが好みかな。
なるほどこれは地元に愛される感じです。
濃い目の味付けでご飯も進みます。
かなりの当たりでした。次も絶対に来ます！
