９月のみちのくひとり旅の最終日３日目、気仙沼の魚市場に隣接した三陸の海の幸が出そろう観光物産施設「気仙沼 海の市」の「リアスキッチンDELI」でふかひれ海鮮まんをいただいた後は、そこの２階に入っている回転寿司のお店「いちば寿司」にお邪魔しました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル１５卓チョットの席数、週末の１３時３０分ころに入りましたが６割程度の客入りでした。
ココでは普通のネタはもちろん、ふかひれやメカジキ、カツオにさんま、ふかカツなどの気仙沼らしいネタや一品料理がいろいろあり、もちろんそれらがお目当てなのですがさんまのにぎりはちょうど売り切れになってしまいました、残念。棒寿司はあったのでそちらを注文し、あとはフカヒレにメカジキなどをいただきました。
炙りさんま棒寿司は見た目は少し身が薄く感じましたが実際は結構しっかりした身でほどよく脂も乗っていて美味しいですね。
そして一番気に入ったのはふか生ハム、コチラのお店オリジナルのサメの燻製の生ハムということで、臭みもなくしっかりとした塩気でコレは好きですね、お酒のツマミにもぴったりだと思うので、どこかの飲み屋のメニューとかにあったら頼んでみたいです。
