地元の人に、「魚介の美味しいお店を教えて欲しい」とリクエストしたところ、こちらのお店を紹介してもらいました。
魚介&お酒大好きマイレビュアーさんも訪れていました。
平日の13時過ぎに到着。
11組待ちとのこと。
もう一つ人気のお店があり、そちらは待ちなし。
でも、そちらではクジラが食べられないので待つことにしました。
スマホの番号を登録して近くを散歩して待ちました。
15分程で呼ばれました。
刺身定食の七海を注文する予定で、生うにとクジラ刺身が食べたい旨を伝えると、通常七海には両方入っているが、この日は生うにの入荷が少なく入っていないと説明を受けました。
確認して良かったです。
・クジラ刺身定食（1760円）
・うに皿 女川産（880円）
仕方なく単品で注文しました。
10分程待って到着。
ご飯のおかわりはできるようです。
まずはクジラの刺身から。
クジラの刺身は25年前に高知で食べて以来。
味は美味しかったという記憶のみで、詳細は覚えていないです。
生姜醤油でいただきました。
若干の臭みを感じましたが、生レバーのような印象。
25年前の記憶とは異なりますが、これはこれで美味しいです。
白い身は美脂（ビシ）と言ってクジラの脂身とのこと。
こちらは臭みはなく、コリっとした食感が楽しめ、赤身と一緒に食べると相性バッチリでした。
馬刺しのたてがみの部分に近い印象。
生うには当然ながら臭みが皆無。
そして、強い甘味。
醤油が不用です。
生うにを食べてしまうと、他のうにが食べられなくなってしまいます。
あら汁も美味しかったです。
ご飯を一度おかわりをしてお腹いっぱい。
こちらは穴子の天ぷらやまぐろも評判です。
再訪する予定ですが、うには外せないですね。
