一貫を大切にした、価格と美味しさの両立が素晴らしい回転寿司

仕事途中にチョイと寿司でも摘まむべく立ち寄り。石巻には、かっぱ、はま、スシローと一通り回転寿司チェーンはあるものの三店とも蛇田界隈。市内中心部からほど近いお店というと、以前は地場系回転寿司があったものの現在はこちらのみ。
カウンターに腰かけ"イカ""エビ"からスタート。このへんは一般的な回転寿司と変わらぬネタ、価格帯ながら、大手チェーンのように安値均一ではない分、特色ある物もある。仙台本拠地のチェーン店ゆえ、ホヤなど東北ならではのネタもあり。
"ホンダガレイのエンガワ"はサメガレイらしい脂乗りの感じられる物。定番のカラスのエンガワよりは上品で、万人受けしそうな味わい。サメガレイではなく三陸の呼び名で売るところがローカル色があって何ともよい。
"天然エビ三昧"の蒸しエビはメニューにもあるようにブラウン。ブラックほどクセがなくスッキリとエビの風味が感じられる。
"蒸しホタテ三昧"も陸奥湾ベビーらしく甘味がしっかり感じられるもの。また平禄といえば牛タン。今回はメニューに"極厚牛タン握り"があったので食べてみたところ、脂は薄いながらもメニュー通り厚みもありまずまず旨い物であった。
キャンペーンメニューや東北ならではのメニューがそれなりに豊富、かつ低価格の定番メニューもそれなりに種類があって、リーズナブルに楽しめる回転寿司店かと思う。
