笹かま焼きの体験コーナー、万石工場の見学も可能 |
女川の笹蒲鉾メーカー『高政』さんの本店。工場の横の直売所で、生の笹蒲鉾を手焼きして自分で食べるコーナーがある。1本200円。自分で焼けるのも楽しいが、蒲鉾専用の焦がし醤油わさび塩があり、コレが旨い。料理写真は食べてしまった後で気がついたので失念です
店内は試食しながら、いろいろな蒲鉾が買えるのも面白いですね。吉次やイシモチの高級蒲鉾とかもあります
女川に来たら立寄ると良い場所と思います。御馳走様でした
