笹かま焼きの体験コーナー、万石工場の見学も可能 |
女川方面へ行くと、いつもシーパルピア店でかまぼこを購入してしまうので、今回は本店初訪問。
焼きたてのかまぼこが食べたい！と思い、伺いました。
綺麗な店内の奥に焼き台があり、ここで手焼き体験をすることができます。
笹かま手焼き体験(1本￥200)
まずはレジでお会計を済ませ、奥へと案内されます。
蒲鉾は蒸してあるため、焼き色が付けばOKとのこと。
じっくり焼いて、ひっくり返し、しばし待つと良い香りがしてきます。
店内で販売もされている2種類の「わさび塩」でいただきます。
そのままでも十分美味しいのですが、お塩を少し付けると、これもまた美味しい！
自分で焼いて食べるという楽しみがあるのも良いですね。
焼きたては本当に熱いのでやけどに注意です(笑)
