笹かま焼きの体験コーナー、万石工場の見学も可能 |
東日本大震災後、神奈川県内に店舗（藤沢市）を構えたりポップアップ店舗を出店していたことから「髙政」を知った。
当社の高橋社長（当時は専務？）は必ず顔を出し陣頭指揮を執る姿は、今でも記憶に残っている。
今回女川町を訪ねる機会を得て当店（本社工場店舗）に立ち寄った。
車アクセスの他、石巻線浦宿駅から徒歩圏だ。
近くにある、万石浦と言う海跡湖がネーミングの由来だろう。
入店すると売店があり、左手に笹かま手焼きができるスペースがある。
ひと串200円。
焼き上げるとプクっと膨れるので裏返す。
そのままでも美味しいが、備え付けのわさび塩を振り掛ける。
やはり焼き立ては特別だ。
売店で宅配を依頼して退店した。
