Visited at 18:30 on March 9, 2024. This "Gyujin Ishinomaki Ekimae Branch" is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located in front of JR Ishinomaki Station in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. As of today, Tabelog rating is ★3.08. "Gyujin" is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that currently operates four stores mainly in Ishinomaki City, but it is a restaurant that contributes to local production and consumption, such as aged Sendai beef from the local Miyagi prefecture and Hitomebore rice from Miyagi. The first Sushi restaurant was right in front of the restaurant, and my business partner had told me it was delicious, but I walked around the surrounding restaurants and they were all full. I went back to square one and called "Gyujin", and they said they could make a reservation from now on. When I made the reservation, I was asked, "We have a limited number of beef yukke, would you like to reserve it?" So I said, "Yes, please," and went there. The restaurant has completely private rooms, so you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at a leisurely pace. First, I took a photo of the entire menu. For today's first order, we ordered a Kakubin Highball for ¥495, and the reserved Ultimate Yukhoe for ¥2,068, Salted beef tongue for ¥1,518, Grilled Raisin with Misora Mochi for ¥1,078, and Grilled Aged Red Meat with Wasabi for ¥1,628. While sipping our highballs, we slowly and carefully grilled each piece and took photos. The private rooms are great because we could really relax♪ It's been a while since we've had Yukhoe, and you can rest assured that it's sterilized and has been properly managed for distribution. Raw meat is the best♪ Salted beef tongue is soft and delicious even at the regular size. The original Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Grilled Raisin with Misora Mochi and Grilled Aged Red Meat with Wasabi are delicious when eaten with just salt, as you can really taste the umami of the meat. The restaurant's special sauce is also quite tasty. This makes you want to eat rice with it! After finishing the highball, we ordered additional orders of (large rice ¥418), (kalbi soup ¥968), and (grilled liver salt ¥825). The (grilled liver salt) arrived first and was grilled. The fresh liver was juicy and delicious♪ Next came the (large rice), so we grilled the remaining meat and ate it by bouncing it on the rice. Needless to say, it was the best~♪ By the time the (kalbi soup) arrived, the large rice had already been reduced to a small rice, and it was not enough to eat with the kalbi soup. So we ordered an additional (small rice). Finally, we added rice to the kalbi soup. We had kalbi soup and drank and ate it all. There was no trace of Sushi we had eaten at the first restaurant, and we just felt full from Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It was amazing Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The restaurant was also great.
