こちらの『しらはた』さんは、宮城県塩竈市にある2021年に寿司百名店にも選出されている人気のお寿司屋さん。
ホルモン焼きを食べて、何か〆の食事を考えていたら「ひがしもの」のポスターを発見。
「ひがしもの」とは、この時期(9月頃から12月頃まで)に塩竈港に水揚げされる「めばちまぐろの特上品」で、認定仲買人に認められたものを言います。
今まで存在は知っていたが、タイミングが合わないと食べられないので早速入店。
カウンター席に座りメニューを拝見。
お店の方に、ひがしものはどのメニューか尋ねると、すべてのまぐろがひがしものを使用しているとのこと。
本日は〘まぐろにぎり赤身8貫¥2,640〙と〘中にぎり¥1,760〙と〘銀たらの粕汁¥480〙を注文。
〘まぐろにぎり赤身8貫〙は、価格そのままでひがしものが食べられるとはお得。
初めてのひがしものまぐろだが、ねっとりと赤身がしっかりしたまぐろでメチャクチャ美味い♪
さすが塩竈のブランドまぐろですね。
〘中にぎり〙は、まぐろ赤身・たい・たこ・サーモン・とびっこ・えび・貝柱・鉄火巻・かっぱ巻・玉子の盛り合わせ。
今日はまぐろメインで、高級ネタではなくても大満足。
〘銀たらの粕汁〙は、地元の酒蔵である男山の酒粕を使用。
小さなすり鉢のどんぶりにいっぱいの粕汁。
味も量も大満足。
今日の〆には完璧なメニューで、大満足して終了。
最後にデザートサービスもあり、とても良いお店でした。
