寿司の店舗数が日本一の塩釜 マグロ含め近海で取れた新鮮なネタが美味しい 平日でも混んでいます。今回は3400円の季節のセット注文 とても美味しかった。
塩竈が誇るお鮨の名店の1つ。
お昼時でかなり賑わっていました。
握りを注文。
まず見た目がとても美しくテンション上がります。
そして特にウニが濃厚で美味しい！
流石仙台、流石塩竈でした。
エビは、頭を揚げてもらえます。寿司は手で食べてこそ、手からも、旨さを感じられるものだと、大将から教わる。インド人もそうやって味わってるんだと、妙に納得。
