塩竈神社参拝の後、お寿司屋さんへ。
宮城県版ミシュランでは塩竈の鮨屋が複数軒紹介されてますが、ここもその中の一つ。
予約無しでしたが、運良くカウンターに滑り込み。
季節の握りをオーダー。
この価格でこのクオリティは素晴らしい！
地物中心のネタ、粒立ちの良いシャリが絶妙なバランス。
「ひがしもの」の季節にまた来たいお店となりました。
