松島に来ています。
こちらは食べログで見つけ事前に予約をしてうかがいました。
店内とても綺麗です。
瓶ビールをオーダー。キリンかアサヒを聞かれキリンでお願いしました。
お通しにほっき貝とお漬物が付きます。
どちらも美味しいです。
お刺身を適当に2人前切ってもらいます。
中トロ、ほっき貝、シャコ、穴子、平目、平目のエンガワ、タコ、カニの8種類が綺麗なガラスのお皿に綺麗に盛り付けられています。
刺身はどれも鮮度抜群で最高！なかでも穴子の刺身！
これは身がしっかりしていて旨味があり感動物でした。
焼酎をボトルでいただきます。
穴子をおつまみで追加しました。
この穴子がフワフワで凄く柔らかくタレも絶妙です。
添つけのキュウリと一緒にいただくとまた違う食感で美味しいです。
〆の握りはウニ、イクラ、マグロ赤身、フカヒレを
お願いしました。
マグロの赤身はしっとりしていて上質な赤身でした。
そしてフカヒレの握り！
これは食感がまず最高でフカヒレの旨味にお出汁がいい感じに効いています。
乾燥したフカヒレを鰹だしで戻しているそうです。
最高の逸品でした。
最初、大将は全然喋らなかったのですが、コロナに対する飲食店の思いや食材の話しなど結構熱い話しをされ、筋の通った
男気ある大将でした。
魚も旨く人もいい最高のお寿司屋さんでした。
