牡蠣小屋は夜やってないという事実を知り、急遽昼休みに駆け込む。
平日1240頃来店。すぐに案内されました。土日は予約必須らしい。
担当のおばちゃんが食べ方レクチャーしてくれて目の前の鉄板で大量の牡蠣を焼きます。
途中でおっちゃんが温度測りにきてくれて、オッケーでたら食べられます！
黙々と次から次へと牡蠣を貪る。
自然の塩味が絶妙で美味しい。
味変でレモンもよき。
楽しい時間でしたー。
