仕事関連の研修で、浦霞の酒蔵見学。
塩竈市も東日本大震災での被害が大きく、津波浸水の後も酒蔵に残っていました。
浦霞の本社蔵がある塩竈は太平洋に面する風光明媚な港町にあります。
浦霞は、伊達氏の崇敬が篤かった塩竈神社の御神酒酒屋として酒を醸し現在に至る。
浦霞の酒銘は、源実朝が『金槐和歌集』で詠んだ歌から命名しています。
”しおがまの浦の松風霞むなり 八十島かけて春やたつらむ”
塩釜の浦に春の訪れを告げる穏やかな風情を詠んでいる。

・浦霞 12 純米吟醸
・山田錦 純米大吟醸 浦霞
・純米生酒 浦霞
個人的には、寒風沢（さぶさわ）、浦霞 12 純米吟醸が好み。
特に浦霞 12 純米吟醸はすっきりとして澄み切った美味しさで飲みやすい。
寒風沢（さぶさわ）もフルーティーで美味しい。
