松島に最近オープンしたというピッツァのお店。古民家をリフォームしたようだが店内は白基調でリフォームされ明るく綺麗なお店だ。久しぶりに松島にやってきたけど賑わいのある松島中心部からちょっとだけ離れた場所にあるので週末ランチを食べるのにはとても良い雰囲気だ。
ピッツァの種類は多くて悩むがまずはマルゲリータとして、もう一つは松島来たら牡蠣でしょう。ドルチェピッツァはチョコバナナかバナナからの選択だった。粒あんが提供していなかったのは残念。
あとは店内のスタッフはまだ不慣れなのかな？という印象があった。
【マルゲリータ…1,650円】
・ピッツァのセットとしてドリンク・サラダが付いている。
・小径なピッツァだがしっかりしたマルゲリータのビジュアルと匂いが本格的だ。
・生地は最近食べるピッツァの中では厚めでもっちり感が強い。甘めな味も感じる。
・チーズは各店でDOCをよく食べるのでそれらと比べると物足りなさを感じる。
【牡蠣のピッツァ…1,900円】
・ぷっくりとした牡蠣が印象的だ。
・ただ牡蠣の生臭さが少々感じられるのでそれに敗けないような工夫が必要な気がした。
【チョコバナナピッツァ…1,000円】
・確かにチョコバナナではあるがドルチェピッツァに求める味としては物足りないか。
松島目的でやってきてさらに本格的なピッツァをゆっくりと食べて過ごすことができるピッツェリアがあるのは素晴らしいことだ。ただどういうわけか仙台近郊では最近本格的で美味しいピッツァ店が続々とオープンしている。自分たちの好きなピッツァと比べるとマルゲリータにしても牡蠣にしても、ドルチェピッツァにしても松島まで足を伸ばせば食べられる特別感のあるピッツァが求められるところだ。
