出張のオフ日に松島へ散策に行きました。近隣の飲食店をチェックした中で気になったのがこのお店。日曜日だったので、混みそうだと想像し、お昼時に松島に着いて真っ先にこちらにお邪魔しました。開店から30分過ぎ頃だったかと思うのですが、既にほぼ満席で(予約のお客様も多いようです)かろうじてカウンターに通して頂きました。
注文したのは、お店おススメの「牡蠣のピッツァ」。やはり松島と言えば牡蠣ですよね。カウンターは目の前がピザ釜なので、正直少し暑いのですが、女性のピザ職人さん(オーナーシェフかな?)が細やかに丁寧なお仕事されるのが観れるし、ピザの焼きあがる期待感もあって、良いお席かと。
そうして、出て来たピザは絶品でした。牡蠣の火の通り具合も抜群で(一度スキレットでピザ窯で軽く火を入れてから、ピザ生地の上に盛り付けて再び火を通していたようにお見受けしました。)柔らかい食感!ちゃんとピザ一切れに牡蠣が一つ乗っている!
大変満足なお昼ごはんでした。仙台出張の時には、わざわざ松島まで来てしまいたくなりそうです。
