This shop is located near Shiogama City and Shiogama City Hall. The tuna in Shiogama is famous, and this restaurant specializes in tuna and also serves lunch. When I visited before the store opened on a weekday, there was a line of more than 10 people in front of the store. The inside of the store is spacious, with two floors, so you don't have to worry about waiting in line. I sat at the counter and ordered the special bluefin tuna bowl (¥1,480). Served in about 10 minutes. A delicious-looking bowl with plenty of tuna on top. I think people from overseas will also like it. I'll have it right away. The lean meat seems to have been aged well, and is delicious with no excess moisture or odor. Ootoro has quite a bit of fat. It's good to have an impact. Personally, I don't need the grilling. If so, I would be very happy if it had pickled tuna in it. The green onions were also decent. It's great that you can enjoy the tuna in just one cup. I'm satisfied with this content at this price.
