I went to this restaurant in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture for a dinner because I hadn't eaten enough spiny lobster in the past few years. There are private rooms for small groups, so it's a convenient restaurant for formal gatherings. It's located a little far from the downtown area, so it's nice that it's quiet outside. This time it's the Ise lobster course, but I'd like to ask for Shirako in addition. On the sashimi plate, the spiny lobster is still moving on the plate, and the sashimi other than the spiny lobster is also fresh. Next came boiled spiny lobster, which was also sweet and delicious. Looks like local lobster! Now, let's switch gears and try roast beef, or Miyazaki beef, which also has excellent cooking techniques.
