さて、宮崎市の寿司の老舗『一平』さんです。
こちらはレタス巻き発祥のお店として有名ですね。
今回も店内も県外の方が多い印象でした。
レタス巻きは、もちろん単品もありますが、寿司のセットに組み込まれていることが多いので、気軽に元祖レタス巻きを味わうことができます。
シャキシャキのレタスに
肉厚で、プリプリのエビ
よく調和したマヨネーズ
非の打ち所がない、これぞレタス巻きです。
注文時に『食べやすく切りますか』と聞かれるので、特にこだわりがなければ切った方が無難です。
あと、レタス巻き以外の寿司は結構ワサビが効いています。サビ抜きを伝えるのをお忘れなく。
