今回の地下迷宮グルメはミャーザキ市にある『一平』
知る人ぞ知るレタス巻きの発祥店らしい。
持ち帰りが多いようだ。
汁物（カプ麺）を用意して頂く。
うーん、まんだむ。
エビの海苔巻きだな。
エビのプリプリとした食感とレタスのシャキシャキとした食感のデュエット。
海苔のパリッと感が加わればおいしい三重奏になるところだが残念。
※コンビニおにぎりのようになればいいと思います。
マヨで和えているようだがオリジナルのマヨでマヨ感控えめ。
キューピーのようにマヨ一色にならないのは良い。
添付のしょうゆは一般的なさらっとしたタイプ。特記事項無しだ。
なので家でお気に入りのしょうゆを使うといいだろう。
天気の良い日にラーツーのお供にするのも良いだろう。
