宮崎市橘通東にある和食のお店「浜咲き」さんです。
今回はお昼の日替わりお弁当４００円をいただきました。
今日のメインは「牛丼」です。
ご飯にかけてあるのではなく、白ご飯と別スペースに分けてありました。
見た目よりもボリュームがあります。
牛肉とタマネギが甘辛く炊き込んであって、白いご飯が進みます。
サイドメニューに天ぷらが二種類
「ナス天」と「ピーマン肉詰めの天ぷら」です。
塩味でシンプル、ピーマン肉詰めは、
豚挽き肉ではなく、魚のすり身のようです。おもしろい。
あと、サラダに野菜の炒め物
ウィンナーが一本、ちょこんとあるのがかわいい。
宮崎市内だと、お昼のお弁当も安くで、色々あるから、迷っちゃいますね。
お弁当の食べログがたまったら、まとめでも作ろうかな。
