伊勢海老解禁♪
伊勢海老300g程のものを刺身にしてもらい刺盛も付けてもらいました。お刺身はサザエ、カンパチ、イカ、マグロ、車海老、鯛。どれも美味しい。
お通しはオクラの甘酢漬けかな？少しニンニクが隠し味に入ってた感じがするが、お通しにしろ刺身の内容にしろ、何も説明が無いのが残念。それを聞くのも楽しみのひとつ。
岩牡蠣はプリッと身が大きく食べ応えあった。
伊勢海老は後で味噌汁にしていただきました。
ほんの少しゆず？の香りもして美味しかった。
地鶏の炭火焼きは脂身が少ないので少し固い感じもした。チキン南蛮はもう少しはっきりした味が好みかな。たっぷりのタルタルソースは嬉しい。
家族でやってるのだろうけど、せっかくの伊勢海老ディナーとお酒を楽しんでんでいるところにお店方の子供さんが大声で話すのは少し雰囲気が壊れた。
余談だが入ってすぐのところに水槽があり何匹もウツボが！！予約すれば料理してくれるとのこと。
