Miyoga-ya has been open for 32 years. Despite being a well-established restaurant in Miyazaki, the owner is a humble person who doesn't think of how long it has been in business. The carefully selecte
...d offal is all about freshness! He emphasizes that the most important thing is to use it all within two days of slaughtering the animals. The recommended course is the 5,500 yen course. It starts with daikon radish and beef tendon soup (beef tendon stewed in miso outside of the season) as an appetizer, and you can eat all the delicious parts of Miyazaki beef, including loin and ribs. The specialty menu is the garlic fried rice, which is full of garlic and beef. Please leave with stamina for the next day.
