久しぶりのみょうが屋さんです。宮崎牛の焼き肉フルコースが6000円！破格です。都市部では1万円はくだらないでしょう。
牛スジ煮込みは少し甘めで旨味たっぷり。唐辛子をかけるとアクセントになりいい感じです。
タン、ハラミから始まって、ヒレ、サーロイン、ロース、赤身、カルビ、野菜を挟んで、ホルモン４種と牛さんのお肉をまんべんなく味わえます。
野菜も宮崎県産で７種類あり、色とりどりでへるしーです。脂でギトギトの血液をきれいにしてくれる感じがします。
締めはガーリックライス。とてもおいしゅうございました。
ただここの焼き肉を食べると、他のお店が物足りなくなるんですよねー。贅沢な悩みです。
