For the last dinner of my golf trip to Miyazaki, I was taken to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) called "Myoga-ya," which is apparently famous locally. Apparently many professional baseball players visit the restaurant during their Miyazaki training camps and professional golfers visit the restaurant during tournaments, and it is also famous for having turned down a reservation from Tiger Woods (there are rumors that the restaurant was so local that it didn't even know who Tiger Woods was...). I had imagined it to be a high-end Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, but contrary to my expectations, it was a very local restaurant, and all the meat was delicious and the prices (it would probably cost several times more to get meat of this rank at other restaurants) were reasonable♪
