一本の坂道を登り光の射す緑のトンネルを抜けると、宮崎市を一望でき、観光客や市民の憩いの場所として親しまれている平和台公園があります。
その園内で農薬や化学肥料に頼らず、自然の力で生産された食物を厳選し料理を提供しています。もちろん加工食品や添加物食品、調味料は、不使用です。
すべてを丁寧に手作りしているので、料理の数は30種類、飲み物は15種類くらいで、それでも一巡すると食べきれない量でほとんど
